Generation Next  summer program begins June 1. Items needed  include:

Sunscreen

Bugspray

Flip flops

Swim goggles

The House of Hope stores many immediate need items such as food, clothing and household supplies.  These items are supplied to families in need, especially families that are taking in a child that has been removed from the home.  We want to ensure the child has everything they need.  We are thankful for the community to help us stock the most basic of needs.  Since we are a full functioning home, we cook meals, supply clothing, toys for play, movies, coloring books and games for the children while they are in our care.  No child will ever leave here with a trash bag of clothes to start life in foster care or relative care.  We keep backpacks and duffle bags on hand as well as personal care items.  These things, as small as you may think they are because so of the only thing this child has of their very own.  You the community are gracious enough for us to be able to give that to a child.

We will keep a list of needed items on this site .  The items can be brought by the House of Hope or dropped off at Threads of Hope marked for House of Hope and they will deliver to us.
