Community Support Services
By referral from the Department of Children’s Services or other organizations & professionals. Providing direct support, food pantry, clothing closet, toiletry items, household items. To receive direct client support services children must be living in the home or parents must be working a permanency plan with the Department of Children’s Services.
For Teens to meet criteria for the Tennessee Promise Scholarship, and other school related projects, to fulfill requirements for juvenile probation, and also for church groups & civic organizations to volunteer their time for a group service project.
A database to track families receiving gifts from various churches, organizations and civic groups so duplication does not occur.

Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) can have a tremendous impact on future violence victimization and perpetration, and lifelong health and opportunity. The CDC and the House of Hope work to understand ACEs and prevent them.
